The Wallet is a prepaid rupee balance for metered services: SMS (₹1.50 out, ₹0.75 in), WhatsApp template messages (₹2.50; replies from customers are free) and calls you answer or make yourself (₹1 a minute). Your plan’s monthly credit is used first. Credit you buy never expires, and any unused balance is refunded if you close your account.
Not for a normal month. Pro includes ₹800 and Business ₹2,000 of texts and WhatsApp messages every month, and Starter with Missed calls includes ₹250. You only top up if you use more.
Calls and texts carry on from your wallet balance. Auto top-up refills it before it runs dry, up to a monthly cap you set. Unused monthly credit doesn’t roll over; credit you buy never expires.
You'll receive low-balance alerts. You can manually top up or enable optional auto-reload with a spending cap.
₹1 a minute from your wallet, when a call to your Fieldspilot number rings through to you or when you call a customer from the app. It covers both legs of the call.

Pro and Business include a business number, text back every missed call on WhatsApp or SMS, and store call recordings and transcripts at no charge. On Starter, add Missed calls for ₹699 a month to get a business number and missed-call text-back on WhatsApp and SMS. You only pay wallet rates for the messages that go out.
Yes. Paying annually saves 17% on every paid plan, so you get two months free each year.
Plan prices and wallet top-ups are in rupees and exclude GST. GST at 18% is added and shown separately on your invoice with your GSTIN, so you can claim input credit.
Yes. Every Fieldspilot plan, including Free, takes UPI, card and net banking: customers pay from the invoice link through Razorpay. From Starter up, technicians can also show a UPI QR on their phone, and recurring customers can approve UPI AutoPay once.
Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Yes, for ₹4,999 a month, billed on its own and not part of any plan. We build and host your website, keep your Google Business Profile up to date, add pages for the services and areas you cover, and run your review, referral and reminder campaigns. Ad spend isn’t included.
