The Wallet is a prepaid balance for metered services: AI call minutes (£0.08 a minute), calls you answer or make yourself (£0.03 a minute) and texts (£0.05 out, £0.01 in). Your plan’s monthly credit is used first. Credit you buy never expires, and any unused balance is refunded if you close your account.
Not for a normal month. Pro includes £15 and Business £40 of calls and texts every month, and Starter with Calls includes £8. You only top up if you use more.
Calls and texts carry on from your wallet balance. Auto top-up refills it before it runs dry, up to a monthly cap you set. Unused monthly credit doesn’t roll over; credit you buy never expires.
You'll receive low-balance alerts. You can manually top up or enable optional auto-reload with a spending cap.

Pro and Business include a business number. On Starter, add Calls for £15 a month to get a business number, AI call answering, missed-call text-back and call recordings. Recordings and transcripts are stored at no charge; you only pay wallet rates for minutes and texts.
Yes. Paying annually saves 17% on every paid plan, so you get two months free each year.
Plan prices are in pounds and exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies and shown on your invoice.
Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Yes, for £79 a month, billed on its own and not part of any plan. We build and host your website, keep your Google Business Profile up to date, add pages for the services and areas you cover, and run your review, referral and reminder campaigns. Ad spend isn’t included.
