Electricians, pest controllers, tree surgeons: skills, cards and certs, service areas and scorecards on each profile, checked whenever you assign work.
Tag what each tech can do, upload each licence with its expiry date and list the postcodes they cover.
Luke covers 14 postcode districts in north Brisbane.
Reminders step up at 60, 30 and 7 days, from an app note to a push to a text that names the booked jobs at risk.
The 7-day text lists Luke’s two switchboard jobs.
Assign someone missing a tag, a licence or the postcode, and you’re asked first. The call stays yours.
Luke’s day caps at 6 jobs, with a warning at the seventh.
Jobs, review scores, on-time arrivals and first-visit fixes roll up per tech, with an optional team leaderboard.
Luke tops this month’s board.

Pest control
Wasp nest jobs can require a skill tag, so only tagged techs come up first on the board for a treatment.
Roofing
Re-roofs can require a working-at-height ticket on file before a crew is assigned, so only ticketed roofers come up for the job.
Pressure washing
Hot-water commercial washes need a tag, and assigning someone without it asks you first.
Property maintenance
A tech’s gas compliance card turns amber on the board 60 days before expiry, copy on file, so you renew before the next end-of-lease turnaround needs it.
Window cleaning
Add rope access to your cert library once and require it on high-rise shopfront jobs, so only certified techs can be assigned.

Tree care
Climbing and aerial rescue certs alert the climber and you 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry, so crane removals never wait on paperwork.
Painting
Add each painter’s CSCS card with its expiry, and site work that needs one only goes to painters whose card is current.
