Can I quote by the metre with gates priced separately?

Yes. Price the run by the metre and add gates, corners and post upgrades as their own lines. The customer sees an itemised quote and approves it from their phone.

What is fence software?

Fence software runs the business side of repairs and installs in one place: storm calls and measures, quotes by the metre, deposits, crews and multi-day installs, invoices and payments, and the stain visits that bring customers back.

Can I offer premium materials and gates as add-ons?

Yes. Send a repair, new sections or the full privacy fence as options in one quote, with premium cedar, Colorbond or an extra gate as add-ons the customer can tick.

Can I take a deposit before ordering materials?

Yes. Attach a deposit to the quote, and the customer pays it from the approval link, so timber is ordered against money already in the account.

Can I schedule a two-day install?

Yes. Post setting and panel hanging sit on one job across two days, with the crew assigned to each, and the customer gets a text if a day moves.

Can the crew see property lines and gate notes?

Yes. Measurements, property-line notes and photos from the estimate visit sit on the job, so the crew digs in the right place.

Can I book yearly fence staining?

Yes. Set the stain up once as a yearly recurring visit, and it’s charged to the card on file each time it’s done.

Do you offer customer financing?

Not yet. Today you can take a deposit on approval and bill the rest when the fence is up.
