Can my crew see the job without the pricing?

Yes. Field users see the jobs assigned to them with the notes, photos and checklists they need, and not the job’s financials. Pricing and margin stay with the office.

What is general contractor software?

General contractor software runs the business side of remodels and builds in one place: calls and bids, every trade’s visit on one job, variations, job costs, stage invoices and payments.

Can I keep every trade in order on one job?

Yes. Demo, framing, rough-ins, inspection and finish sit on one job as visits, each with its own crew and date. Move a visit and the crew is notified and the client gets a text with the new date.

Can clients approve variations on site?

Yes. Add the change to the job with a photo and send it for approval. The client approves by text, and the amount joins the next stage invoice.

Can I bill a remodel in stages?

Yes. Take a deposit when the bid is signed, then invoice each stage as it’s done, with the client portal showing what’s been billed and paid.

Can I track subcontractor costs?

Yes. Add subcontracted work to the job as its own line at cost, so it’s billed to the client and shows in your margin. Subcontractors don’t get their own login yet.

Can I offer upgrades in the bid?

Yes. Send make-safe, a rebuild or the bigger scope as options in one bid, with premium finishes as add-ons the client can tick before they approve.

Do you offer customer financing?

Not yet. Today you can take a deposit on approval and bill the rest in stages as the work goes in.

How quickly can a general contractor get started?
