What is window and door software?

Window and door software runs the business side of glass repair and replacement in one place: broken-glass calls, surveys and quotes, deposits and orders, fitters and installs, invoices and payments.

Can I sell a new door with the glass repair?

Yes. Send a board-up with new glass, a new patio door, or new French doors as options in one quote, and the customer picks before they approve.

Can I take a deposit before ordering?

Yes. Attach a deposit to the quote, and the customer pays it from the approval link, so the unit is ordered against money already in.

What happens when a delivery slips?

Drag the fit to the new day. The fitter gets a notification and the customer gets a text with the new date.

Can a broken shop window jump the queue?

Yes. Mark it urgent and drag it to the top of the day, and the best-match list puts the closest fitter first.

Can I charge for emergency board-ups?
