Can the homeowner see progress without calling me?

Yes. The client portal shows upcoming visits, quotes waiting for approval, and what has been invoiced and paid, and homeowners get an on-my-way text before each visit. That removes most of the daily status calls.

What is remodeling software?

Remodeling software runs the business side of kitchens, baths and whole-home projects in one place: leads and design visits, bids with upgrade options, phases and crews, selection changes, phase invoices and payments.

Can I offer upgrades like premium benchtops?

Yes. Send a repair, a full remodel or the remodel with a walk-in shower as options in one bid, with premium benchtops, fixtures or heated floors as add-ons the homeowner can tick.

How do I handle selection changes mid-job?

Add the change to the job with a photo and send it for approval. The homeowner approves by text, and the amount joins the next phase invoice, so the tile change in week three is paid for.

Can I bill a remodel in phases?

Yes. Take a deposit when the bid is signed, then invoice each phase as it’s done, so cash comes in during the remodel instead of after it.

Can I schedule each trade on the remodel?

Yes. Demo, plumbing, tile, cabinets and paint sit on one job as visits, each with its own crew and date. Move a visit and the crew is notified and the homeowner gets a text with the new date.

Can I track subcontractor costs?

Yes. Add subcontracted work to the job as its own line at cost, so it’s billed to the homeowner and shows in your margin. Subcontractors don’t get their own login yet.

Do you offer customer financing?

Not yet. Today you can take a deposit on approval and bill the rest in phases as the remodel goes in.

How quickly can a remodeler get started?

Setup takes a few minutes: pick remodeling, claim a number, forward your existing line, then call yourself to hear it work. Add your labour, material and upgrade prices to the price book, and no card is needed to start.
