Can I quote materials and labour separately?

Yes. Quote lines carry their own cost and price, so the customer sees the timber and the labour as separate lines, and you see your real margin on every job rather than per month.

What is carpentry software?

Can I offer premium wood as an add-on?

Yes. Send a repair, a rebuild or the full job as options in one quote, with oak, walnut or premium trim as add-ons the customer can tick before they approve.

What if I find rot once I open it up?

Add the extra work to the job with a photo and send it for approval. The customer approves by text, and the amount joins the invoice.

Can I take a deposit before ordering timber?

Yes. Attach a deposit to the quote, and the customer pays it from the approval link. The deposit is credited against the final invoice automatically.

Can I schedule a multi-day built-in?

Yes. One job holds every day of the build, with the crew assigned to each, and the customer gets a text if a day moves.

Can I book yearly deck refreshes?

Yes. Set the refresh up once as a yearly recurring visit, and it’s charged to the card on file each time it’s done.

Do you offer customer financing?

Not yet. Today you can take a deposit on approval and bill the rest in stages as the build goes in.
