Lawn routes, plumbing calls, roofing crews: each tech’s current stop, today’s trail and late arrivals, from their phones, with no hardware.
Each tech agrees when they sign in, knows exactly when sharing runs and can open their own history.
Sharing runs during work hours only.
Departures, stops and drive time build each tech’s trail, and a dead zone shows as a gap instead of a guess.
Ray’s 11:42 stop at the Patel job is on his trail.
Sharing stops at the day’s final finished job. A tech who says no keeps the app and shows as unavailable.
Declining doesn’t switch off any part of the app.
Where each tech started and finished a job goes onto their timesheet, with a map to check against the address.
His start pin sits 40 m from the Patel address.
Try it on your next job.14 days free. No card needed.
Pest control
27% of pros name scheduling among their biggest time drains (Jobber trends report, 2026). Pest callbacks go to the nearest route tech, picked off the live map.
Roofing
Top teams hit 80–90% labor utilization, billable hours over available ones (Jobber data, 2026). Re-roof start pins show when the billable day began.
Pressure washing
Fleet washes in no-signal lots show as no signal, not idle, and no-location alerts stay off unless you turn them on.
Property maintenance
40% of pros say customer communication eats their time (Jobber trends report, 2026). Tenants get an On My Way text with the tech’s name, photo and ETA instead of calling you.
Window cleaning
Storefront rounds running late text the next stop a new arrival time, so shop owners aren’t left waiting at the door.

Tree care
Climbers opt in to location sharing on one consent screen. If one declines, the app still works for the removal and you’re told.
Painting
Painters’ location trails are deleted after 30 days, and sharing stops after the day’s last repaint, not when they get home.
