Can I pay commissions to my techs and install crews?

Yes. Set a commission rate per tech, on its own or on top of hourly or per-job pay, and it’s calculated from the invoice on every job that closes. Revenue, jobs and ratings are tracked for each tech.

Do you offer financing for big installs?

Not yet. Today you can take a deposit when the quote is approved and bill a system replacement in stages, so the homeowner isn’t paying it all at once.

Does the AI actually sound like a person?

The AI holds a normal conversation in your business name and asks the questions you set, like system type and age. Everything it captures is editable, details it is unsure about are highlighted for you, and you can turn AI off any time.
