How techs run the dayfrom one phone, two taps.

Pest control

Nine in ten US adults own a smartphone (Pew Research, 2025). Quarterly pest plans open in stop order on the tech’s own phone, with Face ID in one touch.

Roofing

Jobsite management is the top time drain, named by 48% of pros (Jobber trends report, 2026). Re-roof crews add photos and notes in two taps, straight onto the job.

Pressure washing

House washes are paid on the spot with Tap to Pay, a tip added if you allow it, and the receipt is texted before the rig rolls.

Property maintenance

Unit turns show the work order and the parts list with prices hidden, so maintenance techs see the job, never your rates.

Window cleaning

Storefront owners get a text when the tech taps On My Way, and a tap within 15 minutes of the slot counts as on time.

Tree care

When the office moves a crane removal, climbers get a push the moment the date changes, so nobody drives to a cancelled job.

Painting

Repaints close with the customer’s signature and the after photos on the job, so the final walk-through is on record.

Technician App questions

Will my techs actually use it?

The technician app is built for exactly that. Anything a tech does on a job takes two taps at most, and they sign in with a PIN or Face ID straight to today’s jobs.

Can techs see prices or other techs’ jobs?

No. Techs see only their own jobs, with no prices, costs or margins. You choose who can take payments.

Is the app available in Spanish?

Yes. Each tech sets the app language on their own phone, and Spanish is one of the options.

What does a tech see when they arrive?

Gate codes, lockbox and pet notes sit at the top of the visit, only while they’re on that job. The home screen also shows an estimated finish time for the day.

Which plan includes Technician App?

Technician App is on the Pro plan ($99 a month billed annually) and every plan above it. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed, and you can cancel any time.
