Can I bill AV projects in stages?

Yes. Bill a deposit at order, a stage at first fix and the balance at handover, all against one job. The client portal shows what has been paid and what is outstanding.

Yes. Record each display, DSP and control system on the client’s site with brand, model, serial, install date and warranty.

What happens when the client adds a display on site?

Add it to the job and send it for approval. The client approves by text, and the amount joins the next invoice.

Can I set up quarterly health checks?

Yes. Set the health check up once as a quarterly recurring visit, and it’s charged to the card on file or billed to the client each time it’s done.

Do you offer customer financing?

Not yet. Today you can take a deposit at order and bill the rest in stages as the install goes in.

How quickly can an AV company get started?
