Can I take a deposit to hold a moving date?

Yes. The quote carries a deposit the customer pays by card from the approval link, credited against the final invoice. Saturday slots stop disappearing on Thursday.

What is moving software?

Can I photograph the inventory before loading?

Yes. Add an inventory-photo step to the move checklist as a required item, so every piece is on record before it goes on the truck.

Can I charge more for same-day moves?

Yes. Add a same-day booking fee to the price book, and set an after-hours surcharge rule for evenings and weekends.

Can I schedule a two-day office move?

Yes. One job holds both days, with the crew and truck assigned to each, and the customer gets a text if a day moves.

Can it bill monthly storage automatically?

Not as an automatic subscription yet. Today you can send storage on its own invoice each month, and the delivery out of storage is a new job on the same customer record.

How quickly can a moving company get started?
